Please note: Prior to appointment, please forward insurance information so we can verify your acupuncture benefits. This typically only takes 24-48 business hours. Otherwise payment will be due at the time services are rendered.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or no show for your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. We apologize for having to do this, but when patients don’t show it leaves a space in the schedule that could have been utilized by another patient.
