Please note: Prior to appointment, please forward insurance information so we can verify your acupuncture benefits. This typically only takes 24-48 business hours. Otherwise payment will be due at the time services are rendered.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time or no show for your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. We apologize for having to do this, but when patients don’t show it leaves a space in the schedule that could have been utilized by another patient.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Essential Oil Specialist with a passion for holistic healing and natural wellness. I offer a wide array of massage techniques to support my clients’ well-being. My practice includes traditional modalities like Swedish, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage massages, each tailored to bring relaxation, relieve tension, and improve circulation. These techniques form the core of my work, helping clients find relief from everyday stress and physical discomfort.

Beyond the traditional, I incorporate lesser-known healing modalities such as Jin qi and Tuina into my practice. Jin qi focuses on balancing the body’s internal energy, promoting both emotional and physical well-being, while Tuina is an ancient Chinese massage technique that works with acupressure points to realign energy and restore balance. Together, these techniques help me offer a more integrative approach to healing, addressing the body and mind as one.

In addition to massage therapy, I bring a deep background in food, nutrition, and natural healing. I have studied food and nutrition extensively and use this knowledge to provide holistic recommendations for my clients, combining the power of touch with the healing properties of nutrition. I believe that what we eat plays an essential role in how our bodies feel, perform, and recover. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy developing recipes that prioritize health, balance, and natural ingredients. My approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that the body is capable of healing itself when given the right support—whether through the foods we eat or the therapies we receive.

Through my personal experiences, extensive training, and commitment to my clients, I aim to provide a nurturing environment where healing takes place on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. My goal is to help every client leave with a sense of peace, balance, and renewal.
